POP-Timer provides detailed recording of employee hours for payroll purposes while allowing managers access to information summarized by project.

Users enter information directly onto a personal tracking calendar and have the ability to link each task to specific projects or activities. This information is instantly made available to a Payroll Manager who views the time submissions of all their employees on a color coded calendar or in list form.

In addition to quickly viewing the hours each of all their employees worked on a color coded calendar, managers can click on any task submitted to drill down for more detailed information. The same calendar view provides a summary report for all employees who worked in a particular time period.

Updatable Payroll Codes allow you to match the POP-Timer’s code system to your organization’s needs. For out of the box productivity, use the codes provided with the POP-Timer to track meetings, sick days, personal days, overtime, statutory holidays and many other common categories.
