The Vacation Tracker helps your company automate the process of absence requests, authorizing leaves, track the absent employees and assign the tasks to the appropriate shadow resource. Planning for a vacation and specifying responsibility adoption is a key element in an organization’s daily operations. Having a simplified module to facilitate this process helps reduce the manual and redundant processes on the part of HR, management personnel (who approve requests) and increases productivity. Moreover the HR team gets a high level picture of the flex and vacation days available to each employee.

Ability to submit new absence requests for different vacation types such as flex, personal vacation, bereavement, illness etc.
Ability to countdown the flex and vacation days for HR to monitor proceedings.
Ability to send the absences to the manager at the end of the month for approval
Ability to reset the flex count and carry over the cumulative vacation days.
Ability to set security permissions for manager (all team’s absences visible) and employee (only his/her own absences visible).
